Reverse the Trend’s Mission Statement

Reverse the Trend’s mission is to address the public’s limited understanding of the impact of nuclear weapons and the reluctance of global leaders to confront the dual existential threats of nuclear weapons and climate change. We aim to empower young individuals by providing educational resources, fostering movement through art, and creating opportunities for advocacy and sharing local stories to mobilize action on the intersecting issues of nuclear weapons and environmental justice. Our motto is that youth must rise up to change the world. This is a youth initiative of the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation.
